JR31752: JOB FAILS TO COMPILE IF THERE NO SPACE IN BEFORE/AFTER SQL

Error description

  When no information in the fields "BEFORE STATEMENT" or "AFTER
  STATEMENT" or "WHERE CLAUSE" or "OTHER CLAUSE" it's not possible
  to compile the job with this stage (workaround is to insert a
  blank in the fields Before, after or other; and a "dummy
  condition" in the field where)
  

Local fix

• Please make sure there is nothing in the Before and After tabs.
  Currently there is a space in both the BEFORE/AFTER tab boxes -
  click in the box and remove any spaces so as to ensure it is
  completely empty. If you enter a space in the Before/After/Other
  tabs it will work.

  RECOMMENDATION:
  The default in the MSOLE GUI is that the BEFORE, AFTER, WHERE
  and OTHER parts of an SQL statement are required.
  The resolution was to make those parts optional.
  ****************************************************************
  

Problem conclusion

• The work-around is to add a space to the user defined SQL for
  BEFORE, AFTER, WHERE and OTHER SQL statements.
  The fix is to apply the patch for this APAR.
