Error description

• Information Analyzer has an issue with slow performance in
  sampling over WAN.
  Profiling over 20M records, source database is
  remote over WAN using sampling in CA, but no matter
  what size
  the sample is set to, it takes a long time to profile, over 20
  hours.
  Sampling process then brings back all of the data instead of
  bringing
  back sample size data.  This is not the expected behavior.
  This happens with all platforms on 801 at all FP and RP levels.
