Error description
Any IS client that accesses the MetaData Server can leave active transactions in the system if a session terminates abnormally or the client is not existed gracefully while performing a task. For example, if a user is in the process of deleting a job and they click the "X" to kill the designer window instead of waiting for the task to finish and then closing designer normally. The Metadata cleanup activities need to be improved so that upon being notified of session terminations, it will check for any client initiated transactions and will abort them.
