Error description

  • I have an Information Services Director job that has ISD Input
    to Peek to Transformer and then it writes to MQ Connector and
    ISD Output. If no messages are sent to the job I see the
    expected behavior. The job is running and not messages are
    written to the log. After one message is processed by the job
    and written to the MQ Connector the job continues to send EOW
    (End of Wave) about every 30 seconds. Looking in the job log I
    see the following messages:

       Item #: 14
       Event ID: 136
       Timestamp:: 2008-12-04 17:10:14
       Type: Info
       User Name: XXXXXX|dsadm
       Message:: Peek_42,0: --.

    transaction
    [IIS-CONN-WSMQ-000061] Transaction committed successfully

       Item #: 16
       Event ID: 138
       Timestamp:: 2008-12-04 17:10:44
       Type: Info
       User Name: XXXXXX|dsadm
       Message:: Peek_42,0: --.

       Item #: 17
       Event ID: 139
       Timestamp:: 2008-12-04 17:11:14
       Type: Info
       User Name: XXXXXX|dsadm
       Message:: outWSMQueue,0: [IIS-CONN-WSMQ-000059] Committing
    transaction
    [IIS-CONN-WSMQ-000061] Transaction committed successfully

    I don't expect to the EOW being sent when no messages are sent.
