Error description

• Patch for DB2 vargraphic data type Ecase 131403 causing memory
  leak on DB2 Enterprise stage and causing abort with "Heap
  Allocation Error"
  
  Reading vargraphic data with DB2 Enterprise stage with patch
  e131403 causes memory leak on resulting osh process : if reading
  several million lines, the process will increase in size until
  it crashes and aborts the job with "Heap Allocation" error.
  
  Without the e131403 patch, the size of the osh process stays at
  a fixed value, and job proceeds until completion.

  Patch for ecase 131403 is causing a memory leak on the DB2
  Enterprise stage when reading vargraphic data which causes the
  resulting osh process to grow in size until it crashes causing
  a"Heap Allocation Error".

  RECOMMENDATION:
  Install patch_JR31338.
  This fix is included in IS 81 FP1.
