JR31237: DSGETJOBINFO() FUNCTION RETURNS INCORRECT (CACHED) VALUE

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• DSGetJobInfo() function returns cached value (previous caller
  info) even if no calling job is used.
  

Local fix

• Manually clear job status file from Administrator client
  
  This fix is included in 8.0.1 fixpack 3
  

Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED:
  DSGetJobInfo(DSJ.ME, DSJ.JOBCONTROLLER) function returns
  previously cached job controller.
  ****************************************************************
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  Job controller is only set when there is a controlling job.
  Thiscauses problem when running a job following a reset where
  the   previous status record is reused.
  ****************************************************************
  RECOMMENDATION:
  Apply patch JR31237
  This fix is included in 8.1 FP1

Problem conclusion

• Resolution was to correct the DSD_RUN.B module to ensure job
  controller is set in the current job run.
