Error description
In IBM InfoSphere Business Glossary, you can click a Feedback link to send an e-mail message about terms or categories to the glossary administrator. When your e-mail program opens, a Subject title and information about the term or category are automatically included in the e-mail message. You can edit any of the information or add more information before you send the message. If IBM InfoSphere Information Server was installed in Japanese, the Subject line of the e-mail message is corrupted. When the e-mail program opens, the Subject line that was written in Japanese appears as unreadable characters.
Local fix
Rewrite the Subject line in Japanese and then send the e-mail message.
