  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The internal optimization of the job causes a buffer operator
  tobe set to run sequentially, which at run time causes the
  error: APT_SC::downcast(pConsumer())->kind() ==
        APT_Operator::eParallel.

  Apply patch JR30587
