JR30433: GETTING COMPILE ERRORS PREPROCESSING CONSTRAINT ERROR IN CFF PX STAGE

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• I first wrestled with the CFF stage of this job to get the file
  to come up when I click View Data.  That required removal of the
  qualifiers that naturally appear in front of each column name
  when selected from the list on the Constraint tab of the Output
  link in the CFF stage.
  I had most of the conditions which are now constraining the
  input link in the Transformer stage; the ones I need to
  implement are:
  LOSS_ID > '44' and LOSS_ID < '95' and LOSS_ACTION_CODE <> 'A'
  and
  LOSS_PART = '7' and LOSS_PAID_OR_RESV_AMT <> 0
  But it would not compile, so I figured out to add back all the
  qualifiers.  Then when I try to View Data I get an error.

  This change is included in 8.0.1 Fix Pack 2 and 81 FP1

Problem conclusion

• Filler create process merged the column(s) referenced in the
  PxCFF output constraint.that causes compilation failure.
  In the new fix all columns that referenced in the output
  constraint will not be merged by filler creation process.
