  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  FTP  Plugin, with ftp banner message set for the FTP Server
  fails intermediately.
  User may see the error "Login to the FTP server failed,
   invalid user" .
  ****************************************************************
  RECOMMENDATION:
  Install the patch for the APAR JR29923. This issue is fixed in
  Information Server 81 Fix Pack 1
  ****************************************************************
