Error description

• Auto-IME always stay in KANA input mode by ATOK
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: When the cursor move to DBCS field,     *
  *                      the hanji input mode was changed to     *
  *                      Kana mode.                              *

  When the cursor move to DBCS field,
  the hanji input mode was changed to
  Kana mode.
  

Problem conclusion

• Beacuse the ATOK hanji input mode can select Roman mode or
  Kana mode.
  We need a parameter to record what user want.
  User can add a parameter "setATOKDefaultModetoRoman" in
  DBCSSettings.

      <setting name="setATOKDefaultModetoRoman" value="true"/>
  </class>
  If setATOKDefaultModetoRoman is true, the hanji input mode is
  changed to Roman mode.
  If setATOKDefaultModetoRoman is false or don't specify the
  setting, the hanji input mode keep original design.
