APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When a mailbox is set to vpim_msg_del_pref of 1 (Remote only),
the message is properly emailed to the recipient when they
receive a new message. However, the system is also sending out
an MWI message to the users phone.

PROBLEM SUMMARY:
UM is sending out a MWI message to a users phone where the
mailbox is set to Remote only.

    



Problem conclusion


    

  • Changed the code for mwi_config so administrators can turn on
checking the remote only setting.
