PK92090: ALLOW LIMITING APPLY TEMPLATE COMMAND TO CONTENT IN SPECIFIC SITE PATHS

Error description

• Problem Summary: Allow limiting Apply Template command to
  content in specific site paths
  
  Problem Description:
  When Applying Template from an Authoring Template form, all of
  the content associated with the
  authoring template will be updated.  This is expected behavior,
  but in certain scenarios customers
  may want to limit on specific site paths.
  
  
  After installing the APAR, to enable the behavior:
  * Login as portal admin
  * Navigate to the WP Admin page
  * Under Portlets, find the wcm authoring portlet
  * click the wrench icon to add a new portlet parameter.  Add the
  following parameter:
  Name: SHOW_SITEAREA_SELECTOR_APPLYTEMPLATE
  value: true
  
  * CLick on add button
  * click Ok
  * Logout and login.
