Error description

• When a scheduled action is modified, if it contains data
  relevant for the object (eg. Content or Component) that uses it,
  then the action must be rescheduled against the object. As
  Publish, Expiry and Email actions don't contain any data
  relevant for objects that use them, this rescheduling
  functionality should be disabled for those types.
