Problem conclusion

• Problem Analysis:
  
  - A null pointer exception is thrown when we trying to check to
  see wheter m_comment is an empty string or not but m_comment is
  null
  - currently the code is unable to handle multiple items
  with/without comment
  
  Failing Module: WCM - Web Content Management (General)
  
  Problem Solution:
  
  - An extra check is used to check whether m_comment is null or
  not
  - code change had been made to handle multiple items
  with/without comment
