  Detailed Problem Description:
  
   After enabling Horizontal Partitioning in a LDAP the external
  ID's do not match and MemberFixer is not able to fix the
  differences.
  

Problem conclusion

• Problem Analysis:
  
   In a single LDAP the Unique ID is same as the external ID. When
  Horizontal Partitioning for the LDAP is enabled then the LDAP
  generates new Unique ID's that are treated as the external ID's.
  While comparing the security information WCM was taking into
  account only the external ID's (and not the Unique ID's).
  
  Failing Module: WCM - Web Content Management (General)
  
  Problem Solution:
  
  The code will compare the Unique ID from the LDAP, with the
  existing external ID for a controllable. This will ensure that
  any mismatched_ID's are fixed after running the MemberFixer in
  FIX mode.
  
  The Portal iFix PK59896 should be applied if LDAP Horizontal
  Partitioning was enabled in the Portal.
