Error description

• image tags with src="//host.com/path/to/image" cause slow UI
  performance
  
  So example:
  
  If the following is in html or rte on WCM content object:
  
  <img src="//www.host.com/path/to/image.jpg"/>, and the web
  server has been set up to be able to resolve these, when save is
  issued, javascript will cause slow response time
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Saving HTML with src="// in a tag for image will cause slow UI
  behavior
  

Problem conclusion

• Changed WCM Applet to manage the src="//
  
  An interim Fix is available for this APAR from Fix Central at:
