Error description

• Configuring the WMMDynamicMapper Sample code to work with WCM no
  longer works for Group defined categories.
  

Local fix

• There is currently no workaround
  

Problem summary

• Users Affected: All Java edition LWWCM users
  
  Problem Description:
  When WMMDynamicMapper Sample code is installed and there are
  categories associated with a group, these categories will never
  be returned when retrieving a users dynamic categories.
  

Problem conclusion

• The condition surrounding the retrieval of dynamic categories
  was always returning false and as such, the code to retrieve
  dynamic categories was never being called.
  
  Updated the condition surrounding the retrieval of dynamic
  categories.
