Error description

• Set up an Authoring Tool Component with edit action properties
  set to "Create draft content".
  Try to edit the content item using the link - NullPointer
  exception.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Set up an Authoring Tool Component with edit action properties
  set to "Create draft content".   Try to edit the content item
  using the link - NullPointer exception. The behavior of create
  draft through authoring tools is different with the Authoring
  UI, the formview is not exist, null pointer exception is thrown
  from here.
  

Problem conclusion

• Check if the formview is null or not, if null create a new
  formview.
