Error description

• Highlight image in the RTF, then click "Insert Iink" button,
  link is not created for the highlighted imgae.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Highlight image in the RTF, then click "Insert Iink" button,
  link is not created for the highlighted image. If there is no
  text being selected, then system treat this as no resource being
  selected.
  

Problem conclusion

• If resource other than text has been selected, then manually set
  the selectText to empty string to allow further process.
