PK58711: CREATE DRAFT LOGS AS SYSTEM USER IN THE ITEM HISTORY APAR FOR LOCAL RENDERING PORTLET

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When doing "Create Draft" for some contents, a log is written in
  History section.
  The log is like "Workflow: Draft created by User SystemUser".
  Although the operation is done by wpsadmin, the log is
  "SystemUser".
  
  The customer thinks this is a problem.
  The log should be like "... created by wpsadmin..."
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Problem Summary: Creating drafts updates history as SystemUser,
  and not the user who creates the draft.
  

Problem conclusion

• Changed WCM to log the current user instead of the SystemUser
