APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Assign read access to authoring template
  User with read access opens authoring template
  Clicks on "Apply authoring template"
  Although the content that the user does not have edit access to
  is not updated, it will log out exceptions for each content
  object
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Although content that the user does not have access to is not
  updated, the log will be hit with many errors about access
  exceptions
  

Problem conclusion

• Changed WCM to check access 1st.  If user does not have access,
  content is skipped and logged in the trace instead.
