Error description

• 6012 RRP CANNOT BE DEPLOYED ON 510X ENVIRONMENT.  When
  installing the portlet, it will fail, and it will
  report that class necessary was not found.
  
  The class that it will report as failing will be similar to:
  
  ava.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
  com/ibm/wkplc/helpadvisorservice/HelpAdvisorServiceIBM
  java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError:
  com/ibm/wkplc/helpadvisorservice/HelpAdvisorServiceIBM at
  java.lang.Class.getDeclaredMethods0(Native Method) at
  java.lang.Class.privateGetDeclaredMethods(Class.java(Compiled
  Code)) at
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Problem Summary:  WCM 6012 Remote Rendering Portlet could not
  install on 5103 WP server, because of non WCM code that was
  being referenced by the portlet
  

Problem conclusion

• Changed the way that the portlet referenced the non wcm code.
