Error description
Pages don't render after migration, cannot change component reference targets, exceptions during import.
Local fix
Problem summary
Some new structures have been seen in old (from 2.0) data, and data with references saved with the API. Additionally, migration wasn't always correctly distinguishing between component references and element references.
Problem conclusion
Updated the component reference transformation, and import code to correctly identify the old structures, and to correctly differentiate between component and element references. In addition, we strip controls in components embedded in references so that they do not stop the import.
