  Problem Description: History in content object shows the wrong
  date format
  

Problem conclusion

• This occurred because the HistoryControl.java was not retrieving
  the dateformat according to locale.
  Passed the locale from HistoryControlSubFormMapper.java to
  HistoryControl.java's method of getLog().
