Error description

• AlternateDesign tag does not work correctly in Navigator
  component ,
  when navigator component is previewed under some siteArea. It
  only
  displays the name of the original contents.. Its not showing the
  name of
  content links under Sitearea.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Problem Summary: AlternateDesign tag does not pick up
  contentlink objects, only content directly under site area.  So
  if navigator component is used, the alternate design tag will
  not return the result of a content object thats been linked ot
  the site area
  

Problem conclusion

• Changed WCM to allow content links to be returned as well
