Error description
Problem: Saving a content item before or after a content link under a certain site area., places the content under the site area of the content that is linked to by the content link. This is incorrect behaviour - the new content should be placed under the same site area the content link is under (either before or after - according to what we specified).

Problem conclusion
The code has been changed to ensure that if saving a content before or after a content link, it looks at the site area of the content link to save the new content under rather than the site area of the item linked to by the conteent link. It will then place the new content before or after the content link based on what was specified.
