Error description
When a document is placed in a pending-published or pending-expired state or has a scheduled-move action executed on it, a scheduled task is registered to handle the process. If many documents are in a pending-published/pending-expired state OR have a scheduled-move action executed on them, then the performance of the WCM scheduler (when finding and cancelling tasks) degrades, which leads to the following actions taking longer: * Listing the available WCM libraries in the WCM Admininstration Portlet * Moving a document to the next stage of the workflow (either automatically or via the ProcessNow/NextStage/Approve/SaveAndApprove buttons)
