Error description

• Username of user that moves a content using scheduled move
  action cannot be seen in History
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• Users Affected: All Java edition LWWCM users
  
  Problem Description:
  Username of user that restarts a workflow is shown as
  SYSTEM_USER  in History section, also happens in copyworkflow
  

Problem conclusion

• We were incorrectly passing the SYSTEM user to the restartdoc
  method. We need to also pass in the principal information
  of the current user.
  
  Changed the restart method of the WorkflowServiceImpl to accept
  a user, and process that user in the history control.
