Error description

• View References command causes WCM Authoring portlet to fail and
  show blank when viewing references to authoring template
  
  This is because ReferenceLineage.isAuthoringTemplatePrototype
  can throw Null Pointer Exception such as

Local fix

Problem summary

• Users Affected: Users who view the references from some WCM
  Authoring Templates
  Problem Description: When viewing the references from WCM
  Authoring template, the WCM Authoring UI would render blank, and
  in the SystemOut.log file, a NullPointerException would be
  encountered
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem was that when we are viewing the references, we are
  viewing information about the current object node, and the
  node.parent().  When the node in question has a parent node
  which is a JCR folder, the class returns null.  Changed WCM to
  handle the null condition
