Problem conclusion

• Problem Analysis:
  
  The path stored in the AbsPathCache cache was blank. There was a
  permission's issue while looking for the path. The path was not
  looked up as a system user before populating the cache.
  
  Failing Module: WCM - Web Content Management (General)
  
  Problem Solution:
  
  A check has been put in place to avoid populating the cache with
  a blank path for a node ID. Also, before populating the cache,
  the path is looked up using admin user.
