PM85558: THE MESSAGE TEMPLATE CREATED ON MER IS WRONGLY STORED AS AN ENTRY IN MWH

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• User deployed WBIFN sample flows but found when they create a
  message template on MER, the template is going to be stored as
  an entry in MWH.
  But a template is NOT a message, it should not be stored in MWH.
  We should provide fix of sample flows that will not store
  template message into MWH.
