Error description

  • On MER, user found the scroll bar of the message list filter
    will jump to top automatically when there are many local address
    on filter list.
    1. Login to MER, select OU and select queue on queue list.
    2. In the message list view, edit filter and select "Local
    Address" filter.
    3. Draw down the scroll bar to the bottom of the list, then
    select one BIC as criterion.
    4. The scroll bar willl jump to top automatically. user can't
    see what they just chose.

    Formerly, when using the message list filter of the MER
    facility in IE, the item list will automatically jump to
    the top when an item is selected, and therefore, if the
    selected item is at the bottom of the list, the selected
    item is no longer visible.
    

Problem conclusion

  • Now, this has been changed. The item list does no longer
    jump to the top when an item is selected.
