APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The customer performing following steps:
  1. Setup an authorization relation between BIC-A and BIC-B.
  2. Release the SnF queue for BIC-B so that the queue is not able
     to receive RM messages from SWIFT. .
  3. Update the authorization from BIC-A side twice.
     These two update's should not be different from each other.
     After that, send it out.
  4. Acquire the SnF queue for BIC-B again that the queue can
     receive the RM messages from SWIFT.
  
  Problem: The later (issued) update will be replaced by the
           earlier one, and the resulting consequence from our
           RMA GUI is that the "Auth Status"
           will not be consistent between BIC-A and BIC-B.

  Formerly, when setting up an authorization relation (e.g.
  between BIC-A and BIC-B) it could occur that in the RMA GUI
  the "Auth Status" of both partners (e.g. between BIC-A and
  BIC-B) was not consistent.
  

Problem conclusion

• Now, this has been corrected.
