Error description

• The script to perform housekeeping for the configuration and
  security data (saving and purging) doesn't run any more, when
  the Dec. PTF for Base has been applied.
  The failing ddl is dnicdhit.ddl.

  (saving and purging) fails with DB2 error. The failing ddl is
  dnicdhit.ddl.
  

Problem conclusion

• Now, the dnicdhit.ddl has been corrected.
