APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Customer has audit enabled for DNF_ILC_FIN (value
  DniFlagMsgAudit is set
  to Yes for CO DnfIlcFinAudit of CT DniOptionsMsgAudit).
  When this is set, it's expected that DNF_ILC_FIN records audit
  data for
  FINmessages and error replies that are to be sent.
  However, error replies are not audited.

  additionally.
