• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When  tested an MT304 message with optional sequence C1 -
  where 22L is not mandatory when 22M and 22N are populated.
  
  Per SWIFT message standard , user expect WBIFN to validate this
  as an error since SWIFTNet will reject this message without
  22L .

  Formerly, when a MT304 message with optional sequence C1
  where 22L was not mandatory and 22M and 22N were populated,
  WebSphere BI for FN did not detect this as invalid.
  According to SWIFT message standard, user expects WebSphere
  BI for FN to validate this as an error since SWIFTNet rejects
  this message without 22L.
  

Problem conclusion

• Now, this has been changed.
