Error description

• User encountered the following error while add a ct to an co
  with a value:
  DNIP3001E SQL ERROR; SQLCODE: '-302', SQLSTATE: '22003',
  SQLSTMNT: 'CREATE new DNI_OU entry'
  

Local fix

• update a lower value of Max OU_LEVEL within two WBI-FN tables :
  DNI_OU and DNI_OU_CT_ATTR_VALUE

  Formerly, when WebSphere BI for FN configuration data was
  updated very frequently, for example by automated tasks, it
  could happen that the configuration level reached its limit.
  As soon as this limit was reached, no configuration updates
  were possible any more.
  

Problem conclusion

• Now, the range for the configuration level columns has been
  changed from data type SMALLINT to INTEGER. This means, the
  maximum level has been inreased from 32767 to 2147483647.
