  When logging in to a 3270 application over an LU type 2
  session, the login is rejected with sense code 0805000B
  indicating that the LU is already in session.

Problem summary

• USERS AFFECTED: All users of DLUR PUs.
  
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When logging in to a 3270 application over an LU type 2 session,
  the login is rejected with sense code 0805000B indicating that
  the LU is already in session.
  
  PROBLEM SUMMARY:
  If a tn3270 client user connected to an LU owned by a DLUR PU
  logs off from the SSCP screen after issuing a <SYSREQ> key, then
  it is possible for the mainframe to fail to terminate the
  session correctly. If DACTLU/ACTLU is issued, but the PLU does
  not send an UNBIND, the tn3270 client is disconnected and
  Communication Server marks the LU-LU session as terminated.
  Subsequent attempts to log on to the LU fail with text
  indicating sense code 0805000B because the mainframe application
  on the PLU still thinks the session is active.
  

Problem conclusion

• Communication Server has been modified to send an UNBIND type
  0x09 (Hierarchical reset) to the PLU when a normal (as opposed
  to SON) DACTLU is received when the LU-LU session is active for
  a DLUR LU.
  
  The problem can be avoided without this fix by using the node
  PTF flag DLUR_UNBIND_ON_DACTLU.
  

Temporary fix
