APAR Error Description / Circumvention
-----------------------------------------------
Use WRKPDFMAPE to create a Mail PDF distribution option. When
entering more than 38 TO email addresses, the 38th address gets
lost. The 38th address cannot be displayed.
CORRECTION FOR APAR SE31231 :
-----------------------------
Install this PTF if you are using the WRKPDFMAPE command.
The WRKPDFMAPE command presents 101 fields for entering each of
the TO, CC and BCC email addresses. However, the command only
stores 100 addresses for each type of address. The 38th address
of each type is lost and cannot be recovered. The command should
permit a maximum of 100, not 101, addresses for each type to be
entered. The error occurs due to an incorrect screen definition.
This PTF corrects the problem. The maximum number for each of
the TO, CC and BCC addresses entered at the screen is 100 for
each type of address.
CIRCUMVENTION FOR APAR SE31231 :
--------------------------------
List e-mail addresses in a file. Specify *FILE for To e-mail
addresses.
Activation Instructions
None.

If this PTF is applied or removed as a "Delayed" PTF, which requires an

removed "Immediate", you must make certain no one on the system is
using
the DSPPDFMAPE and WRKPDFMAPE commands when the PTF is applied.
Default Instructions
