Question

How can I obtain an AOS logon, reset my password or change my permission?

Answer

If you have forgotten your password or only want to change password, you can go to the AOS admin-portal at https://aos.us.ihost.com/AssistOnSiteAdmin/index.jsp

For Internal IBM users only: for obtaining a new userid or additional permissions please contact your Brand/Division representative. If unknown, you may refer to the list on IBM-internal page only:

Please contact your team-focal per the list above if you are having problems logging onto the Admin-portal.
