  * When a step is broadcasted across two servers, and when that *
  * step fails,¶ the job count is not cleared for the server     *
  * where its step was                                           *
  * cancelled.                                                   *

  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * Upgrade to Build Forge 7.1.3.6                               *
  ****************************************************************
  This issue can't be reproduced in 7.1.3.5 iFix1
  

Problem conclusion

• This issue is fixed indirectly during 7.1.3.5 iFix1. All the
  steps, whatever is passed, warning,failed,cancelled, if it is
  complete, it should decrease the job count
