* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Program BNDAVB3, which was part of      *
*                      IBM Db2 Bind Manager for z/OS, is       *
*                      now integrated into the Bind Manager    *
*                      feature of Db2 Admin Tool as            *
*                      ADBBMA3.                                *
****************************************************************
Some of the functionality of Db2 Bind Manager for z/OS
was previously integrated into Db2 Admin Tool. This APAR
adds BNDAVB3 (renamed to ADBBMA3) from Db2 Bind Manager.

ADBBMA3 determines whether a bind is required for an
application on which the bind avoidance program has
already been run. For example, if you run the bind avoidance
program on an application and then migrate that
application to a different subsystem,
you can run ADBBMA3 on it.
