OA53325: SECURE CONNECTION RUNS SLOWER USING JSSE

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When customers switched from prior HOD secure connection that
  used SSLITE to JSSE, the secure connection was slower using the
  Java secure interface.
  For example the file transfer that one customer used that took
  4 seconds before took 20 sesonds using JSSE.
  
  The delay is with each frame, so the delay is accumulative.
  

Local fix

Problem conclusion

• Once customer upgrade to latest version like 11.0.16 or 12.0.3
  they will observe improvement in performance.
