Error description

• Problem description:
  User's sessions, that share the same desktop window, are
   experiencing a hang condition when a HOD FTP session is
  displaying a network drive.
   In addition, HOD FTP session takes much longer to display the
  network drives than Window Explorer. When the session is hung
  other sessions on the same desktop window are also hung.

  This issue was happening because the current design of HOD
  deletes all the local preferences and re-writes all for every
  session
  

Problem conclusion

• To resolve this issue an extra check was added to write only
  session definitions that have been modified.
  
  Fix scheduled for HOD 12.0.1.0 Refresh Pack
