  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • When key-board buffering is enabled, the reset does not work if
more than two key strokes are entered when input is inhibited.
For instance, if you type a key when in a protected field, you
get an x-system and input in inhibited.  If only one key is
entered, then press Ctrl to reset, the reset key works.  If you
enter more than one key stroke when inhibited, the reset key
does not work and the session hangs.  You have to exit out of
the session to clear it up.

Problem conclusion


    

  • Once user updates to HOD 12.0.1.0 version and keystroke
buffering is enabled and input is inhibited, the user gets
X-system lock, when reset is clicked user should be able to
unlock the system.
