Error description
When creating an explicit dynamic policy the policy does not get applied if the policy name and the group name are the same. Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a group called TestPolicy 2. Create an explicit policy called TestPolicy 3. Create any type of setting document and call it TestPolicy as well. 4. Assign the group TestPolicy to the Explicit policy. 5. Do a policy synopsis on one of the users of the group TestPolicy and it will not show the dynamic policy. 5. Add the user explicity to the dynamic policy and do policy synopsis again. It will then list the dynamic policy for user.
Local fix
Add user explicitly or ensure that group name does not match policy name.
