Error description
WebFacing application fails to start on the Websphere Application Server.
Local fix
Problem summary
The unwanted libraries being added to WebFacing project is causing the error due to Java version mismatch. This issues occurs for the HATS V9.6 newly created or migrated WebFacing projects.
Problem conclusion
The unwanted swagger libraries which are causing the application deployment failure should not be added to WebFacing application. Hence the fix has been made in the respective module
