IT17817: LICENSE CHECK IS DELETED ON HOD 12 BUT RECORD IS STILL BEING WRITTEN

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The license check function is deleted on HOD 12.
  
   However, the record is written one line at a time to
  
   LicenseOverallHistory.txt under the /hostondemand/private
  everyday.
  Customers are having to clear this on a regular basis every
  month.

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:                                         *
  * The license check function was removed form Host on Demand   *
  * 12.0 Functionality.  However LicenseOverallHistory.txt was   *
  * getting updated which is present in private directory.       *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION:                                              *
  * User can upgrade to Host On Demand Version 12.0.1.0 to       *
  * resolve this problem.                                        *
  ****************************************************************
  LicenseOverallHistory.txt was getting updated due to 'lum'
  reference present in code.
  

Problem conclusion

• Users can upgrade to HOD V 12.0.1.0 to resolve this problem.
  The method which use to update LicenseOverallHistory.txt in HOD
  V12.0 has been removed.
