APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• 1. Install the XPS Services in Windows
  2. Open the WS file myWS.ws and the emulation window opens
  3. Change the printer configuration to XPS
  4. Click File>Print graphic and two new windows will open
  5. If the user clicks cancel because he clicked Print graphics
  by mistake, the Save the file as window closes, but the small
  window remains and can neither be cancelled nor closed.
  
  To get out of this situation the user needs either to close the
  emulation window, or click File> Print screen Cancel
  
  This problem does not appear when using Print screen instead of
  Print graphics or if a physical printer is attached to the
  session instead of the XPS printer.
  

Local fix

• Remove printer option so user does not accidently select print
  graphics option.

  When the users selects "File" and "Print Graphics", the Print
  Graphics dialog appears. If the user cancels that window, a
  small preview window appears with a Cancel button. That window
  does not go away, even if user presses Cancel.
  

Problem conclusion

• PCSPD.DLL has been changed to dismiss the preview window when
  the user Cancels the Print Graphics dialog.
  
  Fix is scheduled for PCOM 6.0.15 Refresh Pack
